In short: try FlexRep free for 7 days. If you change your mind after your first payment, ask within 14 days and you get it back in full.

Free trial

Every subscription starts with 7 days free. Cancel before the 7 days end and you pay nothing.

Full refund within 14 days of your first payment

If you ask within 14 days of the first payment of your subscription, we refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email flexrep@jyosanlabs.com from the email address you paid with, or ask through paddle.net. Our reseller Paddle sends the money back to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to arrive depends on your bank.

Renewals

Renewals are not refunded. Cancel any time before your next renewal and you are not charged again. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, go to paddle.net, or email us.

Bought through Apple

If you subscribed through Apple's App Store, Apple handles refunds. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your rights

This policy does not take away any right to a refund that the law of your country gives you.
