1. Who we are

FlexRep is an app made and sold by Thota Rishik Sai Santhosh, an individual based in India ("we", "us"). You can reach us at flexrep@jyosanlabs.com.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By using FlexRep or buying a subscription, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. You must be at least 16 years old to use FlexRep.

3. Not medical advice

FlexRep's lessons, plans and suggestions are general fitness information. They are not medical advice and do not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or in-person coach.

• Talk to a doctor before you start if you have a health condition or an injury, are pregnant, or have not exercised for a long time.
• Stop straight away if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
• You choose your weights and how you train. Use a spotter or safety bars for heavy lifts.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for injury or loss that comes from training.

4. Your subscription

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

• Price. $9.99 a month or $49.99 a year, in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
• Free trial. A subscription starts with 7 days free. You need a payment method to start it. If you do not cancel before the 7 days end, you are charged for the plan you chose.
• Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically every month or every year, at the price at that time, until you cancel. We will tell you before a price change applies to you.
• Cancelling. You can cancel any time, from the link in your Paddle receipt email, at paddle.net, or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds. See our Refund Policy.
• Through Apple. If you subscribed through Apple's App Store, Apple's terms decide billing, renewal, cancelling and refunds for that subscription.

5. Your account

You only need an account for challenges with friends. You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that email safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You can delete your account at any time in the app (the You tab, then Delete account) or by emailing us.

6. Challenges and how you behave

• Your display name, handle and challenge names are visible to the people in your challenges. Keep them respectful: no harassment, hate, sexual content or pretending to be someone else.
• Forfeits come from a fixed list. They are for fun, involve no money, and you can always refuse one that feels unsafe.
• Do not cheat, for example by logging workouts you did not do.
• You can report a workout or a person in the app. We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

7. Our content

The app, its lessons, the 3D figure, its videos, pictures and text belong to us. While your trial or subscription is active, you may use them in the app for your own training. Do not copy, record, share, sell or take apart the app or its lessons.

8. Changes to the app

We keep improving FlexRep, so features and exercises may change. We work to keep it running, but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

9. Ending

You can stop using FlexRep at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. If we end a paid subscription for any other reason, we refund the unused part.

10. Limits

FlexRep is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits what the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of the consumer laws of your country that cannot be set aside.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies. The date at the top shows the latest version.
